PR · Media · Marketing

The complete operating workspace for the workstream that owns brand, paid media, creative production, content, social, PR and affiliate-funnel acquisition. Not a brief. Not a summary. The actual workspace — calendar, budget, pipeline, library, dashboard, approval gates.

  Reporting Flow
Corrina leads the workstream. Workstream performance reports into the CoSai-managed PMO control system fortnightly. Carla owns the measurement loop back to Mathew. The flow direction is workstream → PMO → Founder — never the other way.
  The Workspace

Eight surfaces. One workstream.

Each tile is a live working surface — the plan, the channels, the journalist pipeline, the asset library, the dashboard, the approval gates, the FAQ. Built on the canonical Vol 4 (Media Strategy) and Vol 5 (PR Campaign) playbooks. The workstream's design discipline lives here.

The Plan

12-month relative calendar (M1–M12) · 4-phase ribbon · raise-close anchor that locks the timeline to absolute dates.

  The reporting direction, in writing

From Vol 4 Ch 13 verbatim: "Workstream Lead reports to PMO Director (Carla Oliver) for delivery cadence, and to Founder (Mathew Punter) for strategic direction." Workstream performance feeds into the PMO control system — never the other way. Carla holds the measurement loop; Corrina holds the workstream.

  Operating Cadence

How the workstream meets, reports, and re-baselines

Cadence per Vol 4 Ch 12 governance section. The workstream meets the PMO on a regular rhythm; the rhythm is the control system.

  Design Principles

The discipline this workstream is run by

Five principles that govern every creative decision, every spend decision, every pitch decision. The goal-congruence anchor every other measure ladders to.

Principle 1

Goal congruence first

Every creative, channel, KPI must ladder to the primary lead measure: affiliates who have received their first paid commission. If a metric doesn't ladder, it doesn't ship.

Principle 2

Style proof, not finals

The Vol 4 Ch 8 paid-ad mockups are style proofs — visual register, not locked finals. The workstream redrafts, A/B tests, optimises, scales.

Principle 3

Inherit the colour grade

Every asset — static, carousel, podcast art, Story — inherits the hero film's grade: navy + gold, knee-down framing, right-foot trail. Visual coherence isn't optional.

Principle 4

Cleared before claimed

No financial claim, projection or guarantee ships without legal clearance. Vol 4 Ch 11 hard-prohibition list is non-negotiable. Approval discipline is on /approve.

Principle 5

Workstream → PMO loop

Coverage tracking and attribution is owned by Carla / CoSai. The workstream produces; the PMO measures. Two roles, one loop, never collapsed.
