This report is superseded.
The prior status report (24 Jun 2026) summarised CRM scoping artefacts that have since been retired under correct frame. Carla Oliver is redesigning the CRM from first principles. The canonical reference is now /crm-truth.
Why this page changed
The 24 Jun version of /crm-status was built around a CRM scoping artefact — 13 roles × 21 features × user stories × a three-signature gate — that was sourced from src/data/crm-user-requirements.ts. That data file described Community Managers as acquiring "members" (second-degree referrers).
The live Community Manager role page says the opposite: CMs onboard tradies, brokers, conveyancers, professionals — partners in the contact-type model, not members. That's the same frame drift that produced the wrong-framing pages deleted in Deploy 2.0.5.
Carla Oliver — CRM architect with a Salesforce / MS Dynamics background — has paused the prior scoping track and is redesigning the CRM from first principles. The 360° customer view, departmental modules, and entity model will be authored under the correct frame.

What's next
Carla Oliver is the CRM architect. The next status update will come from her redesign — entity model, personas, departmental modules (BD, Sales, Marketing, CS, Compliance, Finance, Operations), and the 360° customer record. Small surfaces, frequent commits, no big-bang documents.
